The smelted liquid steel undergoes quenching, tempering, slag removal and other treatments, and then a continuous cast slab is obtained through the continuous casting process.
Next, the continuous casting slab is processed through a hot rolling process, and the slab is deformed by high-temperature rolling to obtain a hot-rolled plate of a certain size and shape. Hot-rolled sheets undergo pickling to remove surface oxide scale and annealing to remove stress to obtain flat hot-rolled coils.
Then, the hot-rolled coil undergoes a cold rolling process and undergoes multiple passes of cold rolling through the cold rolling unit to gradually reduce the thickness and size of the plate while improving the surface quality and mechanical properties.
Subsequently, the cold-rolled plate is annealed, heated to an appropriate temperature, and then rapidly or slowly cooled to improve the stress and hardness generated during the cold rolling process and at the same time improve the plasticity of the material.
Finally, the annealed cold-rolled plates undergo surface treatment, including pickling, galvanizing, electroplating, spray painting and other processes to improve the surface quality and appearance of the stainless steel. The surface-treated stainless steel plates can be cut, bent, welded and processed into various stainless steel products, such as pipes, plates, wires, etc.
