1100 O Aluminum Foil is industrial pure aluminum, aluminum content (mass fraction) is 99.00%, can not be strengthened by heat treatment. With high corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, its density is small, good plasticity, through pressure processing can produce all kinds of aluminum, but low strength. Other process properties are basically the same as 1050A.
Applications: 1100 is usually used to require good formability, high corrosion resistance, and does not require high strength, such as video and chemical handling and storage equipment, sheet metal products, hollow hardware processed with drawn cargo spinning, welding keys, reflectors, name plates, etc.
